Return Policy

Item must be returned:
WITH RECEIPT
IN “AS NEW” CONDITION
IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

Return Policy:

Full refund less any shipping charges for out-of-town sales if the item is returned within 14 days.

Exchange if faulty and the item is returned within 30 days.

Credit Card Purchases:

DHHS is charged bank processing fees for both the initial purchase and for refunds. Therefore, a 5% restocking fee is charged for all returned items purchased through Visa, MasterCard or Debit.

Cash or Cheque Purchases:

All cash and cheque purchases are refunded by cheque.
Refund cheques take approximately 10 business days for approval and processing.

NOTE: To comply with good hygiene practice, DHHS does not accept returns of headphones, ear buds or bed shakers.

ASL Class Refund Policy

Class Policy Refunds/Transfers/Withdrawals Refunds are not issued once classes have begun or for non-attendance.

Refunds will be issued only if withdrawal is requested at least 5 business days (Monday-Friday) prior to course start.
An administrative fee of $25 will be charged for each withdrawal request with the appropriate notice; however, the administrative fee will be waived for a transfer to another course.
A full refund will be given if a course is cancelled by DHHS.

Please Note: Any qualifying refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
