Deaf and Hard of Hearing Society is Calgary’s premier provider of American Sign Language (ASL) courses. We offer the curriculum-based series Signing Naturally at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Unique to DHHS is a family-focused ASL course emphasizing vocabulary commonly used within the home.

Course Withdrawal Policy
Refunds/Transfers/Withdrawals
- Refunds are not issued once classes have begun or for non-attendance.
- An administrative fee of $25 will be charged for each withdrawal request; however, the administrative fee will be waived for a transfer to another course.
- Refunds will only be issued if withdrawal is requested at least 5 business days (Monday-Friday) prior to course start.
- A full refund will be given if a course is cancelled by DHHS.
Please Note:
Any qualifying refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
