Return Policy
Item must be returned:
WITH RECEIPT
IN “AS NEW” CONDITION
IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
Return Policy:
Full refund less any shipping charges for out-of-town sales if the item is returned within 14 days.
Exchange if faulty if the item is returned within 30 days.
A 5% restocking fee is charged for all returned items purchased through Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Debit.
Authorization Policy:
Only the Equipment Specialist, is authorized to process a refund or an exchange.
If you do not have an appointment to return the item, you may leave it with our reception staff who will document the return date.
Credit Card Purchases:
DHHS is charged bank processing fees for both the initial purchase and for refunds. Therefore, a 5% restocking fee is charged for all returned items purchased through Visa, MasterCard or Debit.
Cash or Cheque Purchases:
All cash and cheque purchases are refunded by cheque.
Refund cheques take approximately 10 business days for approval and processing.
NOTE: To comply with good hygiene practice, DHHS does not accept returns of headphones or ear buds.
