Welcome to the Deaf & Hard of Hearing Society

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Society (DHHS)is a registered charity that supports the Deaf and hard of hearing communities in Alberta. We provide programs, classes, equipment and services including ASL (American Sign Language), Interpreting to address the needs of children, adults and their families affected by hearing loss.

DHHS is also committed to raising public awareness about this “invisible” disability which affects 23 per cent of adults in Canada according to a survey by the Canadian Hearing Society.
